Founded by Nick Horton, TSI supports Australian businesses in understanding their WHS responsibilities, strengthening their safety systems and turning complex requirements into practical steps that make sense for the way they actually operate.
Our approach is shaped by hands-on experience across workplace operations and WHS systems, with a strong focus on what works in practice. We believe safety documentation and systems should support the people using them—not create unnecessary complexity or exist simply to tick a box.
Our goal is simple:
To give businesses the clarity, practical tools and support they need to manage WHS with greater confidence and create safer workplaces for their people.
